Mihaela Allison was born and raised in Chisinau, the capital of the Republic of Moldova. She received her J.D. degree in 2001 from the State University of Moldova School of Law. In 2003, she received her Master of Laws degree from the same institution. The following year, Mihaela moved to Chicago, IL, USA to pursue a Master of Laws degree at the Northwestern University School of Law. In 2011, she graduated with a J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
Mihaela is admitted to the State Bar of North Carolina, Indiana and Texas.
